Brannan 44/002/7 is a 305 mm SAMA type laboratory thermometer with red spirit filling, reading 0 to +230 °F in 2.0 °F divisions for 76 mm partial immersion, with an accuracy of ±2.0 °F at 95 °F. Its SAMA number, FP15, is the code of the equivalent mercury thermometer and is given for reference only. The LAB090 range offers spirit filling for users who prefer a non-mercury alternative, in a 6.5 mm diameter glass tube with a non-roll Evoprene cap.
