The Brannan 38/701/0 is a hand-held, mid-range industrial infrared thermometer for non-contact readings from -50 to +350 °C (-58 to 662 °F). A built-in laser pointer assists aiming, the 13:1 distance-to-spot ratio suits general use, and the large backlit LCD shows 0.1 ° resolution with over-range indication. Emissivity is fixed at 0.95 and response time is under 500 ms. It is supplied with a 3 point factory calibration certificate (30, 100 and 350 °C), a 9V battery and a protective pouch.
