Brannan 31/150/0 is the shorter 125 mm probe model of the milk and coffee frothing thermometer, with the same 3.8 mm stainless steel probe diameter as its 175 mm sibling. The bimetal dial carries green and red zones so you can see when milk or coffee has reached the right temperature, reading -10 to 110 °C and +20 to +220 °F. It clips onto a stainless steel jug, and 0 °C and 100 °C test markers let you check the pointer is moving across the scale.
