Brannan 22/497/3 is the digital option in the Brannan log book kit range, pairing a digital fridge freezer thermometer with a temperature log book to support a documented, HACCP-based food safety management system. The thermometer reads ambient temperature through its built-in sensor (-20 to 70 °C) and the inside of a fridge or freezer through its flexible probe (-50 to 70 °C), at 0.1 °C resolution. The log book covers six months of daily records, with a page per week and up to four readings a day.
