Part 22/103/2 is the refrigerator model in Brannan's batch sampling thermometer series, with a -5 to +20 °C scale, 0.5 °C divisions and ±0.7 °C accuracy. Sealing the test thermometer in a 30 ml polypropylene bottle lets it hold a temperature close to the refrigerated samples, so opening the fridge door or normal thermostat cycling has little effect on what you read. Charge the bottle with monopropylene glycol or a comparable heat transfer medium before use.
