Brannan 21/594/3 is a 200 mm glass thermometer for checking the temperature of wine or beer while brewing. Part of Brannan's alcohol thermometer and hydrometer range, it is designed to be used with the 10/801/0 wine and beer hydrometer. The red liquid column reads against an easy-to-read Celsius and Fahrenheit scale from -5 to +105 °C. A UKAS calibration certificate or statement of conformity can be supplied on request.
