The Electrostat ES3 is AlphaLab's handheld non-contact static electricity meter, reading surface charge and voltage across ±29,999 V with 1 V (0.001 kV) resolution. It is calibrated for a 25 mm (1 in) measuring distance, and a non-conductive spacer that attaches magnetically keeps the sensor at that gap. Typical uses include scanning cleanrooms, production and print areas for charge build-up, confirming ionizer output and validating ESD grounding.
