The Alicat Scientific L series measures liquid flow from 0.5 CCM to 10 LPM full scale by laminar differential pressure, at up to 100 PSIG. Accuracy is ±2.0% of full scale over a 2 to 100% measurement range, with operation from -10 to 60 °C. It is calibrated for water and nine other pure, non-corrosive liquids.
