The Alicat Scientific IS-Max ISMC is an intrinsically safe mass flow controller for Class I Division 1 and Zone 0 locations, covering 0.5 SCCM to 250 SLPM at 11.5 to 160 PSIA, with a 320 PSIA option. Accuracy is ±0.5% of reading or ±0.1% of full scale, whichever is greater. No purge gas or explosion-proof housing is needed in continuously explosive atmospheres. Available ISMC communications: RS-232 (default), RS-485, 4-20 mA analog, Modbus RTU.
