Rated for operating pressures from 11.5 up to 320 PSIA, the Alicat Scientific MCQ extends the MC laminar DP design to higher-pressure gas lines with full-scale ranges of 10 SCCM to 12,000 SLPM. Accuracy is ±0.6% of reading or ±0.1% of full scale, whichever is greater, with a 200:1 control range and 100 ms response. It fits pressurised reactors, test rigs and gas supply systems.
