The BASIS B is a palm-sized MEMS thermal mass flow meter covering 100 SCCM to 100 SLPM full scale, with a maximum width of 3.75 in. Accuracy is ±1.5% of reading (gas dependent), repeatability ±0.25% of reading and turndown 1,000:1. Operating at 0 to 145 PSIG and 0 to 50 °C, it is built for OEM equipment where space is tight.
