The BASIS BC is a compact MEMS thermal mass flow controller for OEM assemblies, covering 100 SCCM to 100 SLPM full scale at 0 to 145 PSIG in a metal body no wider than 4.52 in. Accuracy is as good as 1.5% of reading or 0.2% of full scale, with 1,000:1 turndown and control response as fast as 100 ms. It handles nine common gases and is priced for volume builds.
