The BASIS Compact Gassing Module mounts 2, 3, 4 or 6 BASIS mass flow controllers on one manifold, each channel covering 100 SCCM to 100 SLPM full scale. Per-channel accuracy is ±1.5% of reading with ±0.25% repeatability and response as fast as 100 ms. Alicat builds each module to the customer's process for multi-gas delivery, source switching or blending in bioreactors and furnaces.
